TPU-LGF – Poliuretano termoplastico rinforzato con fibre di vetro lunghe

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a high-performance polymer elastomer formed by reaction polymerization of TDI, macromolecular polyols, and chain extenders. Its molecular structure alternates between rigid blocks and flexible chain segments, giving TPU excellent tensile strength, toughness, and aging resistance. TPU is an environmentally friendly and mature material widely used in medical, electronics, industrial, and sports applications.

TPU-LGF (Long Glass Fiber Reinforced TPU) offers unmatched wear resistance, impact resistance, cold resistance, oil and water resistance, climate durability, and excellent mechanical performance. It also provides UV resistance, antibacterial properties, heat retention, and energy absorption capabilities.

By adjusting the reaction component ratios, TPU-LGF can achieve a wide range of hardness while maintaining elasticity and durability. Its high mechanical strength allows outstanding load-bearing, impact absorption, and shock resistance, and its low glass transition temperature ensures flexibility down to -35°C.
